Veterans: Take the next step in your career at LTD

Many veterans in our community have found the next steps in their careers by joining the Lane Transit District workforce in Eugene, Oregon. As the Director of Fleet Management, Eric Evers and his team work to make sure LTD’s busses are safe and reliable. Eric joined LTD after a 30-year career in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. Ronda, a Bus Operator, was a motor transport operator in the U.S. Army for five years, and she found driving a bus for LTD to be a comfortable transition. They both feel LTD offers the ability to continue to serve the public while working on a supportive team. After completing our top-notch, in-house training, they now enjoy excellent wages and benefits. They encourage other veterans to consider joining LTD.
