HONORED RIDERS (65+) RIDE FOR FREE ON LTD!
If you’re age 65 or older, it’s easy to get a free bus pass by enrolling in our Honored Rider program:
- Visit an LTD Customer Service Center to complete an application.
- Submit the application and show your valid ID to a customer service representative.
- Choose either a benefit code for the Umo Mobility app or a tap card, then use the tap card or app to ride for free the next time you board the bus.
LTD Customer Service Centers
LTD has two Customer Service Centers, one in Eugene and one in Springfield.
- Downtown Eugene Station: 1080 Willamette, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Downtown Springfield Station: 355 South A Street, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
